When a Provider Organization joins the Founda Health Platform, a connector is deployed and managed. Each connector functions as a single-tenant service, encompassing all the necessary business logic to establish and manage connections with clinical information systems within the Provider Organization's domain. This ensures a dedicated and efficient interface for seamless data exchange and interaction. 

Every network connection between the Provider Organization and the connector is singular and secure. Founda offers some pre-defined connector types, but is also able to offer custom-made connectors.
