Get started with your Founda Health integration!

Embarking on your integration journey with the Founda Health platform is straightforward and seamless. Here's a step-by-step guide to kickstart your integration process:

1. Request Access to Founda Console: To initiate your integration, the first step is gaining access to the Founda Console. This essential tool acts as your gateway to the Founda Health platform. You can obtain your free account by submitting a request through the provided form.

2. Create your Client via the Console Tutorial: Once your Console access is granted, you'll utilize the Console Tutorial to create your client. The tutorial provides a comprehensive walkthrough, ensuring you set up your client correctly.

3. Authorize your Client by the Provider Organization

For sandbox testing, your test Client is automatically authorized. However, if your integration involves a hospital, the production Client needs authorization from the respective hospital.

4. Authenticate using Client Credentials: Upon successful client authorization, you'll receive your Client Credentials. These credentials are your key to authenticating against the Founda Platform, ensuring secure access.

5. Start Data Exchange:

Sandbox Data Exchange With your Test Client you can start exchanging data with the Founda sandbox. This will help you get your solution and integration ready and test your FHIR Resources before exchanging data with a Provider Organization.

Provider Data Exchange With authenticated credentials in hand, you're all set to start data exchange. Explore the specific interactions tailored for each solution. These interactions serve as your guide, detailing the seamless flow of data exchange within the platform.
