ihe profiles organize and leverage the integration capabilities that can be achieved by coordinated implementation of communication standards, such as dicom, hl7 w3c and security standards they provide precise definitions of how standards can be implemented to meet specific clinical needs founda has curated a list of all the fhir resources that are associated with a standard ihe profile or an ehr the user can simply select a combination of one or more ihe profiles and ehr and founda cumulatively adds the fhir resources in the selection bundle health standards edit fhir resources click on the delete icon infront of the resource name to remove it to add more resources to the selection, click on the ‘add resources’ button keep selecting the resources that you would like to include in the selection once you are satisfied with your selection, you can click on ‘finish selection’ button health standards
