This release focuses on platform stability and reliability improvements across all deployments. It introduces new monitoring capabilities that give administrators greater visibility into patient portal workflows, and resolves a number of issues across cloud and customer-specific environments.

What's New – Germany

Visibility into failed patient portal registrations

Administrators now have access to a dedicated monitoring dashboard that surfaces failed patient portal registration attempts in real time. Each entry includes the failure reason, timestamp, and patient details, giving administrators a clear and immediate view of what went wrong and for which patient.

What this means for you

When a patient portal invitation fails, for example due to invalid contact information, you no longer need to rely on manual investigation or support escalation to find out. You can identify and resolve registration issues quickly from a single, purpose-built view.

Defect Fixes

Netherlands

Filtering in the Audit viewer now returns correct results: Resolved an issue where applying filters in the audit viewer (formerly ForAudit) returned incorrect or empty results for customers on Dutch cloud deployments.

Improved connection reliability for Dutch hospital integrations: Fixed a connection management issue in the MITZ integration where connections were not consistently released after use. Over time this could reduce availability for Dutch hospital customers. The integration now handles connections reliably under sustained load.

Germany (AWS Cloud Customers)

Consistent login authentication: Resolved an intermittnt issue where users occasionally encountered an authentication error on their first login attempt before succeeding on retry.

Document update workflow execution: Improved the document update flow to ensure the correct workflow is always triggered, preventing failed or misdirected document updates.

Patient demographics routing: Resolved an issue where updating patient information triggered the wrong process, causing updates to fail. Patient record updates now complete reliably.
