Interaction Guides
Founda offers services based on interaction patterns. As the term already gives away, an interaction patterns describes all transactions between both parties that are integrated through the Founda platform. For all the common interaction patterns that Founda supports, a development guide can be found below.
An interaction pattern represents a common use case that both parties want to be able to execute. Most of the interaction patterns are based on IHE profiles.
Keeps track of patient demographic information and has the ability to link multiple patient identities referring to the same patient. Also facilitates the discovery and transformation of different patient identifiers when data is exchanged.
Publish and retrieve (clinical) documents and data between data consumers and providers, without dealing with differences between various data providers.
Process event messages - such as admission, discharge and transfers (ADT) - like HL7v2.x. Founda integrates with the messaging interface on premise, and forwards messages to eligible subscribers.
Provides a standardized way to store and retrieve audit records in a central audit trail. Audit messages are accessible through both the Founda Console as the API.
